和大家分享這間由長沙灣細舖搬大舖來到土瓜灣的高質居酒屋！「一笑爐端燒」主打每日新鮮到貨的海鮮爐端燒，雖然餐點定價不低，但確實真材實料，一吃便覺得是值得的🔥.是晚MVP一定是瀨尿蝦，餐廳嚴選來自泰國的爆膏瀨尿蝦，味道鮮甜、肉質細嫩，令人一試難忘！蟶子及帶子亦非常出色，來自蘇格蘭蟶子王真的超巨型，配上的日本香蔥牛油汁亦見誠意！而帶子配上乾蔥牛油汁及三文魚籽，鮮味突出✨ 除了爐端燒，花甲粉亦是這裏的招牌🍜 餐廳自家調味的花甲粉帶日泰風味，面頭鋪滿厚肉飽滿的花甲，非常開胃！
