To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

最近屋企人生日,就帶咗佢去旺角T.O.P嘅「LAB EAT Restaurant & Bar」食生日套餐,由於今次無提早訂枱,所以就無生日佈置提供。大家記得提早預約,當月生日壽星便可Order生日套餐、跟餐甜品設有免費畫碟服務、免切餅費、飲品及酒精類飲品一律買一送一,可同時享有生日優惠,更有氣球及花瓣輕奢精美生日佈置。仲À La Carte咗部分海鮮菜式,兩款出品都好高質。*此餐廳收取加一服務費。生日套餐(單點$368),厚切炭燒慢煮豬斧頭扒,七成熟,肉熟色澤粉嫩,口感軟熟,肉味濃香,經過炭燒之後,表面鋪滿格仔網紋,食落帶有炭香煙燻味道,配以焦糖蘋果醬、肉汁食用,味道清甜,配菜包括有薯蓉、雞脾菇、車厘茄、沙律菜、炸蒜片。蒜蓉奶油煎帶子(單點$198),採用刺身級帶子製作,表面經過香煎之後,色澤金黃,帶子刺身面積接近一個鐵湯匙大,肉質肥美,口感厚嫩,食落好新鮮,配以蒜蓉奶油忌廉、炸蒜片、辣椒絲、香葉食用,奶香味濃。日式慢煮鮑魚(單點$98),鮑魚好大隻,肉質厚身,口感彈牙,配以清酒鮑汁食用,更加突出鮑魚的鮮甜,白蘿蔔食落沒有渣,味道清甜。是日精選意粉(跟餐$0),大蝦辣肉腸鮮茄醬天使麵,

薯蓉(單點$58),表面鋪有芝士碎、番荽,薯蓉口感綿密,主要品嚐馬鈴薯的原汁原味。

吞拿魚他他迷你脆筒(跟餐$0),吞拿魚他他內有青瓜、洋蔥,配以黑魚子醬食用,雙重鮮味享受,脆筒口感薄脆。

是日精選沙律(跟餐$0),煙火雞沙律,煙火雞味道鹹香,配以沙律菜、意式油醋汁食用,味道清爽。

是日精選餐湯(跟餐$0),表面鋪有橄欖油,黑松露野菌忌廉湯,口感濃稠,黑松露味道濃郁,略嫌野菌粒磨得比較細碎,配料包括有麵包粒、沙律菜。

金字塔朱古力蛋糕(單點$98),表面鋪有藍莓、草莓、白朱古力、紅莓醬、白朱古力醬、餅乾碎,朱古力蛋糕食落類似沒有可可粉的生朱古力,口感入口即化,略嫌味道偏甜。

每日限定甜品(跟餐$0),店員在席前於甜品加上乾冰,煙霧瀰漫的效果好夢幻,適合打卡;特濃朱古力布朗尼伴香草雪糕,表面鋪有焦糖醬、藍莓,布朗尼口感厚實,內有果仁,食落帶點微溫,配以香草雪糕食用,冰火交融。

Passion Fruit Sling (單點$88),採用自家製百香果梳打製作,味道酸甜,飲落帶有香橙果乾的清香。
