To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

呢間專門由自家工廠製臘味煲仔飯嘅餐廳，樓高兩層，環境好開揚同埋乾淨，請朋友，宴客都絕對唔失禮！辣子雞乾辣椒的焦香與花椒的辛香撲鼻而來，雞肉外殼炸得極其酥脆，表面裹著一層薄薄的澱粉，入口香而不燥！胡椒芥菜排骨煲芥菜清甜又嫰，排骨煮到好腍，湯底微帶點胡椒的辛辣。川味臘味煲仔飯自家製廣式川味鮮肉臘腸、臘肉同埋南安板鴨，味道有少少麻辣，創新得來好過癮。五常大米🍚米飯口感煙靭，粒粒分明，再淋上古法瓦缸頭抽，少少甜又唔會過鹹，好好味！
