我之前嚟過明記,對佢嘅豬紅念念不忘,所以今日帶埋屋企人嚟食,潮式秘製螄蚶$138呢樣嘢我都係第一次食,其實到依家都唔知佢係生定半生熟,不過口感都幾趣緻!絕對可以一試,不過我search咗好多關於佢嘅資料,可能下次未必敢食🙈而韭菜豬紅(大) $128 係我嚟明記必食嘅菜式,我覺得佢啲豬紅會甜啲,特別正!! 其他就不過不失,滷水雜拼加滷水鵝片$218/ 蠔仔肉碎粥(大) $128,不過其實香港啲餐廳真係少咗好多人,依家明記可以book枱🙊順帶一題,佢1730先開舖架,唔好摸門釘!
