基於對日本料理的大愛,一個月內我總會吃上兩三頓日本料理。這天晚上我又到銅鑼灣的澳門逸園中心,於鳥居居酒屋吃日本的味道。居酒屋內環境狹小,燈光昏暗,走在其中卻能感受異常熱鬧的氣氛,喧鬧笑聲此起彼落。難以忘懷月前吃過的喜知次後,心癢癢後決定來一客海鹽燒喜知次。這條北海道釣上的喜知次魚肉滑嫩,帶非常豐厚的魚油魚脂香味。老實說,沾醬汁或灑檸檬汁只會破壞了魚肉的原始美味。非常好吃。原隻燒紐西蘭蟶子王表面有大量蔥蒜陳舖於表面,蟶子王帶爽脆口感,略彈牙,與蔥蒜的微香辣口感配合不錯。南非活鮑經原隻網燒後,以紫蘇葉舖陳修飾,外加一點清新味道。鮑魚核心部分鮮甜,肉質飽滿,而且不乾身。黑牛頂業片,對我來說很陌生的名字,詢問得知這是牛的筋肉部分,所以吃感特別有嚼勁,與一般吃慣的牛扒不同,而且調味香濃,整體讓人有新鮮感。店家的明太子釀雞翼原來是自家釀製,所以內裡釀有的明太子特別豐滿。雞翼外皮燒至微焦,脆口且滿有肉汁。去過九州後,我就非常喜愛明太子。明太子玉子燒裡每塊蛋卷含大量明太子,咬下去時所有明太子都擠出來,相當誇張。而蛋卷生熟程度剛好,濕濕潤潤的,頗為滑溜。胃滿七成,最後吃個燒矮瓜,份量略為大份,矮瓜開兩邊

雖說已經吃飽了,但我們有另一個胃負責處理甜品。椰子雪葩與柚子雪葩,一個椰香奶味很濃,一個柚子味酸酸的很提胃。就以這兩道甜品為這頓豐富的晚餐作結吧。
