呢日去咗觀塘呢間中餐廳食dinner,呢間餐廳有好多有鑊氣嘅港式小炒,非常吸引。打開餐牌,見到啲菜式好吸引。今次點咗椒鹽雞軟骨、椒鹽海中蝦、豉汁蒸鱔同埋炒時菜。雞軟骨嘅口感好脆,配上椒鹽做調味,非常惹味,係一道好好既下酒小菜。另外,椒鹽海中蝦嘅好高質,用上新鮮蝦,口感彈牙。蝦殼酥脆,鹹香適中。仲有豉汁蒸鱔,鱔魚肉質滑嫩,豉汁的香氣完美融合,提升了整體的鮮味。呢啲咁正嘅有鑊氣小炒,配上一支冰凍嘅啤酒,perfect!
