呢間法國西餐廳位於THE ONE,行平民路線,運用傳統法國食譜打造出亞洲風味嘅家庭式法國料理。裝潢優雅,令人感覺置身於巴黎大街。前菜有餐湯、麵包、點心拼盤,包含炸蟹肉球、煙三文魚、迷你蛋批、香草芝士塔同雅枝竹蘸醬,賣相精緻,一口一件,十分開胃。另有烤牛骨髓,味香,搭配酸種麵包更滋味。主食有龍蝦馬賽魚鍋,半隻龍蝦配上黑青口、茴香酒燒大蝦、盲鰽魚、薯粒,用海鮮番茄醬汁調味而成,海鮮肉質鮮甜彈牙,薯仔帶微微焦香氣,醬汁酸甜,足以撈。澳洲和牛牛脊肉同樣值得一試,建議點五成熟,外層煎至微微脆,咬落嫩,啖啖肉,唔乾柴,同鴨肝白蘭地醬汁都幾夾,旁邊仲有迷你甘筍同薯蓉可增添飽腹感。
