友人介紹中環食正宗日本Omakase 全雞宴,唔使飛去日本就可以食到,當然一定要試吓啦!店子以鹿兒島黑薩摩雞作食材, 黑薩摩雞最大的特點是極富嚼勁,口感卻鲜嫩如初,肉質甘甜,可作雞肉刺身,真的很期待啊!店子以木為主調,日式有格調的裝修,三邊bar枱的設計令氣氛更熱鬧,令人仿如置身在日本,最值得一讚是所有店員服務殷勤而有禮貌, 令人賓至如歸。Menu除了可以散叫外,還可以揀dinner set course$1000/$2000 per person(要預訂),今晚和友人就預訂了每人一set$1000,包16 courses。和歌山橙汁$68~橙味十分香濃,冰凍開胃,配串燒也是一個很好的選擇。椀物~配料有長芋,冬菇,雞肉丸配清雞湯。雞肉丸口感軟腍,雞味香甜,雞湯亦清甜可口,配少許菊花瓣,十分清新。燒鳥~雞頸口感十分爽脆,平時很少食這個部位,意想不到的好吃。先附~慢煮雞胸好嫩滑,配脆脆雞皮和牛油果,表面鋪滿烏魚子碎,加上自家製醬汁,酸酸甜甜,有少許烏魚子的咸香味,味道豐富,很開胃。燒鳥~雞柳肉輕輕炙至一到兩成熟, 內裏的雞肉還是粉嫩嫩的, 除了滑嫩,亦十分鮮甜,配上大量甘甜的三文魚籽,以爽

前菜~雞肝醬加上南瓜籽,雜果乾果。雞肝味非常甘甜濃郁,超好味!再加上微酸的乾果和南瓜籽,以鬆脆的夾餅夹着一起吃,無論口感和味道也十分豐富。

Dessert~粟子蓉海鹽雪糕配炸蕃薯,綠茶布甸~
粟子蓉份量颇多,好香甜軟綿,與微咸的海盬雪糕相當配合,炸蕃薯亦十分鬆脆。
綠茶布甸綠茶味十分香濃,很香滑,食埋甜品真的是大滿足。
