To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

同家人留港消費，復活節假想試新嘢，就去左呢間餐廳.叫咗個羊肉湯麵（$58），枝竹羊腩 （$158）. 有羊味但唔太騷，本人更加喜歡羊肉湯麵. 枝竹羊腩個汁比較杰，味道同廣東羊腩煲唔同. 隔籬枱有人叫羊肉煎餃，望落都唔錯。lunch 時間都有七成坐滿. 整體還好，可以一試，羊肉麵份量OK. 唔食羊都有其他野食，牛，魚都有. Came here to try lamb with family. Tried the lamb noodles in soup and the lamb brisket. I personally prefer the noodles. There are lamb dumplings that looks pretty good but we didn’t order. Overall ok.
