To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 我哋先試屬於和牛赤身部位內腿肉同龜之甲,雖然係赤身部位油脂唔多,不過始終都係日本A4和牛嘅稀有部位,肉質都相當軟嫩而且牛味非常濃郁,口感非常清爽。👍🏻

霜降部位係全隻和牛油脂最豐腴嘅地方,喺高級燒肉店最普遍食到嘅就係和牛上肋肉,而6點拼盤就選用咗比較稀有嘅和牛友三角同和牛羽下。呢兩個霜降部位油花分佈均勻細緻,口感極度軟嫩,肉汁非常豐富。😍
