除了泰國菜,聯發的碳火叉燒飯也是吸引我到九龍城的原因。*聯發茶餐廳在九龍城已有多年歷史,深受街坊歡迎,據說發哥也常是座上客。*叉燒和滑蛋最強,必吃。我會在必吃餐單上再加多個西多士。*✴️碳火煎蛋叉燒飯($88)✴️蛋牛治烘底($30)✴️法蘭西多士配熱奶茶($42)✴️叉燒高質,肥瘦適中,邊位微焦,色香味俱全。白飯粒粒分明,加入醬油後超級好食。✴️蛋牛治用較厚的方包,烘烤後外脆內軟。滑蛋又滑又香。✴️西多士同樣用了較厚的方包,索滿蛋液才煎,特別香口,夾層塗滿粒粒花生醬,配傳統的糖漿,很棒!✴️奶茶非常有水準,茶味香醇,入口回甘,正是港式奶茶的味道。
