To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 今晚出街食,平時食開個間休息,隨便行過旺記點個餐買外賣,餐牌幾年都冇換過,來來去去得幾款,就揀個類似早餐的 “晚餐”。攞起外賣輕飄飄、返家打開份量似縮咗,都覺 不抵食,咁嘅時勢外賣還要加 $1、算到盡、滴水不漏。睇下多士只得半塊,紙包住索了一半油,轉什麼烤包還要加 $5 ;好彩冇聽佢講。通粉份量不但少,還要湯水索哂通粉乾了。就算冇飲湯,食完都覺口乾要飲好多水。呢次真實體驗,普通餐都冇質素真唔啱食。😓
