今晚同老公返家鄉食意大利菜,原來大埔官立中學改裝變成左大埔藝術中心,而我地今晚就book左枱在這裡的Pentola 撐枱腳😊。點左個二人套餐,有餐湯,三款前菜中,最特別就是白鰻魚茄子蓉多士, Alex仲好斯文咁用刀切🤣,有Parma Ham,如果配埋芝士就一流😏,我最愛既多春魚,每人分得一條唔係幾夠喉囉!😂主菜當然要簡新鮮波士頓龍蝦意粉啦!寫明新鮮喎!唔係唔簡呀!😏 意粉仲要係手工意粉添!可能是手工新鮮製作,意粉既小麥味比較重,比平常吃的更有口感。另一個主菜就簡左炭燒安格斯封門柳配薯條,牛柳熟成度完全岩晒我地口味,肉質柔軟牛味濃,粗身薯條,新鮮炸上,非常脆口😋。普普通通既可樂都出冰杯,看得出店家對食物既要求😏食過Tiramisu後,再來杯cocktail sweet dream🍸,簡直無得彈呀!😊
