最近我去了一間頗受歡迎的平民順德菜餐廳,聽說他們的招牌乾蒸排骨非常出色,於是我毫不猶豫地下了單。這道乾蒸排骨沒有用任何水去蒸,所有的精華都被鎖在肉裡,每一口都能感受到濃郁的香氣。排骨的肉質非常鮮嫩,咬下去的瞬間,肉汁在口中瞬間散開,帶著一絲淡淡的醬油和蒜香,完全不會過於油膩搭配的蒜蓉油麥菜則是另一番風味。新鮮的油麥菜色澤鮮艷,脆口的口感與蒜香味融合得恰到好處,再加上一碗熱騰騰的白飯,簡直是絕配!每一口飯都沾著那濃郁的排骨汁,讓整個用餐體驗更加完美。
