To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 正所謂happy 99 , happy life . 同屋企人補祝99 生日。 今次係第4 次係度用餐。 質素比之前好100 倍😍😍 熏雞好脆好香口, 99 本身唔鍾意食雞, 但對隻雞讚到不停; 蒸小黃花魚 十分新鮮 , 雖然很細條 , 有點貴, 我連骨都咬碎埋😝😝😝 再黎係香蔥餅 , 皮雖然較厚 但食落又種皮薄嘅感覺🤩, 加上蔥花足料 , 煎到好脆,很易入口; 另外, 前菜蜜汁熏鱔十分脆 和入味 , 不過汁有啲酸, 好似甜酸排骨同一款嘅汁, 如果改用雞翼蜜糖嘅汁 相信效果會更好: 揚州炒飯和小龍包就保持一般水準。 另外要讚下呢間餐廳嘅環境十分好。 埋單時 職員話黎緊會搬去3 期, 希望手準可保持
