To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

今晚去咗一間好出名嘅魚旦粉麵舖，叫咗兩碗麵，一個通菜，感覺正正常常。*四寶麵* 🍜：呢個麵嘅餡料豐富，味道唔錯，但係冇特別驚喜。*雲吞魚蛋河* 🥟🍲：雲吞同魚蛋都係新鮮製作，口感不錯，但湯底就比較普通，冇咩特別驚喜。*腐乳通菜* 🥬：呢道菜嘅通菜嫩滑，腐乳味道濃郁，但整體感覺都可以。總括嚟講，呢次嘅用餐經歷係正正常常，味道尚可，但冇乜特別驚喜。呢間魚旦粉麵舖，唔使排隊可以一試。
