朋友介紹荃灣有間懷舊餐廳好有特色,我特地去試試,果然裝修很有舊時冰室年代的感覺,門口招牌設計如舊日劇院,以前這裏就是劇院。楚撚沙拉骨,賣相很吸睛,橙橙白白,味道與咕嚕肉不同,微酸甜,加上沙律醬,幾醒胃,肉質緊緻軟滑,味道不錯。黃金椒鹽粟米,份量都幾多,以為會很脆,不來不是很脆,但有香濃的蛋黃味,口感很好,相當惹味,一陣就給我們食光。XO醬翡翠炒花枝,四季豆好新鮮爽口,XO醬炒相當惹味,花枝軟滑彈牙,最重要的是夠鑊氣,有大排檔風味。足料家鄉銀針粉,很少餐廳會有銀針粉食,見到餐牌上有即刻點,果然沒令我們失望,有舊時的味道,配料豐富。豬油撈飯,太耐沒有食了,原砵蒸飯加上豬油豉油,油潤香軟,但不覺太油膩,兒時的回憶都湧出來。
