經常到訪西貢而金山粥店一直在我的願望清單之內,此前數次到訪均吃閉門羹,今日見開門兼不用等候,便立即入座。粥店由夫婦經營,女的主理粥品,男的主理腸粉。餐牌很簡單,但食品項目絕對充足。粥店有數款生料可以選擇,最終點了豬肚拼鯪魚球和豬膶拼鯪魚球的生滾粥,當中以豬膶最為甘香味美,滋補可口。腸粉即叫即拉,粉皮十分細滑,牛肉餡料也非常軟潤,但最為突出的是加在腸粉上的蝦米碎,鹹香豐富,外加只需2元,絕對值得。油炸鬼和炸両均可點半份非常大衆化,只是油炸鬼不夠新鮮,像是擺放了一段時間。
