To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 第一次食美中鴨子,知道佢地係出名北京賣鴨,我地就點左一隻後試下。因為同老爺奶奶齊食,就唔相機食先。但真係十分。。。。十分失望,堅覺唔值👎👎👎1。如無記錯,未加一要$388(係咁上下,驚記錯🙏)。但份量超級少,唔知係唔係隻鴨真係咁細隻,但我地係叫一隻。除了皮肉得幾塊。2。係其他地方食 都會問下個鴨架會否加錢做其他餸之類 但呢度無咁嘅服務。佢肉只係俾幾塊,我真係好想知其他肉佢拎左去邊。是否做其他菜式賣俾其他客?賺上賺?3。鴨皮燒得唔夠脆,啲脂肪膏都仲係度,“漏”到爆,食多兩三件都覺得怕怕。可能呢個就係佢份量咁少原因🤣🤣🤣4。包鴨果塊皮無用爐烘住,所以凍得好塊,食完第一塊,其他的都凍了,變得硬硬地,口感唔好。另外都叫了少少點心,不過不失,唔試都ok。唯一值得讚係服務唔錯。👍總結:性價比低,一定唔會返轉頭。北京填鴨我覺得難食,點心都麻麻。
