🍚一般常見做法都會用剛才和牛部分切出嘅和牛脂肪炒飯,佢地就比較特別,用咗煙肉代替,再加入大量蔥蒜,飯底炒至乾身,效果不失用和牛脂!而且煙用味好香濃添~讚!

🍲鐵板部分結束後送上滾熱辣嘅龍蝦湯,原來頭先食龍蝦時師傅為我地保留咗個龍蝦頭去熬湯,龍蝦頭仲有好多好多肉!魚湯底亦好濃味!
