今日嚟到將軍澳 Das Bier，氣氛滿滿德國風，成間餐廳以木系裝潢加上啤酒主題，坐落去就好似去咗德國酒館一樣！🍻✨ 今次試咗幾款主打菜式，首先係 Schweinshaxe (德國燒豬脾)，上枱時火焰燃燒🔥，視覺效果超震撼！🐷 皮炸到好香脆，每啖都帶住濃濃煙燻香味，內裡肉質軟嫩又juicy，配埋酸菜一齊食，酸酸地更加解膩！😍 跟住試咗 Käsebrot mit Dip (芝士麵包配醬汁)，外皮酥脆，入面夾住半溶芝士，撕開仲會有拉絲效果，蘸埋濃郁芝士醬，一口接一口停唔到！🧀🥖 Caesar Salat (凱撒沙律) 就係清新之選，生菜爽脆，凱撒醬濃淡適中，加埋煙肉碎，口感豐富，啱晒平衡味覺！🥗 整體嚟講，Das Bier 係高質德國餐廳，特別係燒豬脾值得一試，環境又舒適，絕對係想chill住食飯飲酒嘅好選擇！🍺✨
