星期六下午和朋友來了打邊爐慶祝生日,這間香香宮煮是她一直想來,今次專程和她慶生,讓她做個公主。湯底款式有好多,幾經掙扎,最後還是揀了期間限定的木瓜龍躉片魚湯鍋,因為想飲魚湯又食魚。湯底大大一盤上枱,有個大木瓜,仲有好多龍躉片,滾起後魚肉結實得黎帶嫩滑,魚湯奶白鮮味濃郁,一致覺得好好飲!仲有好多我最愛的金針菇,好食又好飲!艾莎公主牛肉寶盒有手切牛崩沙、手切本地牛、新鮮牛腱、頂級雪花肥牛、牛黃喉、牛肉粒和牛舌粒,冒住白煙上枱好有造型。這個寶盒每款肉都有質素,牛肉味夠濃,我地最鍾意係雪花肥牛,因為長長一塊,食落最有口感。牛黃喉十分爽脆,牛肉粒有咬口。伊比利亞橡果豬,油花和肉紅白相間,肉質爽口帶脆,食落一點不覺肥膩,而且造型好復古,有外表有內涵!香香公主響鈴拼盤,這是朋友的最愛,因為新鮮炸起,超級香脆。我最愛原味,放湯淥幾秒就食得,吸盡湯汁精華,而朋友則愛咸蛋香,即食邪惡又脆口!手打蟹籽墨丸,超級彈牙,食到粒粒墨丸,點點蟹子增加了卜卜脆口感。美濃水蓮,比較少見到的菜,唔鍾意食有菜葉嘅朋友啱晒,而且低卡高纖,啱晒女士。因為要留肚食蛋糕所以我地只點了一渣竹蔗茅根水去下火,乾杯乾杯。呢間餐廳有主題有
