同朋友一齊喺佐敦,見到呢間寫住「乾蒸菜」嘅餐廳,覺得幾特別咁就入去試吓 🤣坐低見到餐牌寫住「不落一滴水 猛火1000度」嘅「乾蒸菜式」😋食完之後請教廚師(亦可能係老闆)🤣原來係擺喺隻鑊度就咁《蒸》一滴水都唔落,咁就唔會有蒸氣水滴返落隻碟度,令到味道更加集中👍$98「乾蒸脆鯇腩」:脆鯇腩肉質結實鮮甜👍;因為「乾蒸」冇水所以有少少黏住隻碟,不過少少用力就夾得起👍,係幾特別嘅體驗👍;所有餸菜跟白飯🍚一碗😋$78「招牌乾蒸排骨」:排骨喺「乾蒸」嘅情況底下亦都係味道濃郁👍$38「蒜蓉炒青菜」:青菜揀咗「油麥菜」,油麥菜新鮮,咬落爽脆,蒜蓉炒簡單好食😋$18「枸杞菜煲豬潤(盅)」:大大盅,熱辣辣,見到落足料👍食完見到隻碟係咁樣,真係一滴水都冇😋

$98「乾蒸脆鯇腩」:脆鯇腩肉質結實鮮甜👍;因為「乾蒸」冇水所以有少少黏住隻碟,不過少少用力就夾得起👍,係幾特別嘅體驗👍;所有餸菜跟白飯🍚一碗😋
