To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 因為今日喺港島區傾野,就買兩個下午茶外賣上去一路食一路傾~始終最近疫情原因,都費事堂食。下午茶餐A特濃蕃茄湯午餐肉粒通粉 $45鮮牛油麥包多士4.3牛奶炒日本滑蛋呢個套餐都幾豐富喎,個番茄湯底味道濃郁,加上午餐肉一粒粒,好方便食,個麥包多士加埋牛油都好香,呢間用咗日本蛋同4.3牛奶,更加特別好食。F炸南乳雞髀餐$ 38配薯條或薯餅我哋就揀咗薯條,嗰份量比較多,口感都幾脆;另外南乳雞髀嘅南乳味好香,炸得香脆,仲要啖啖肉裏面仲juicy,正!下午茶真係好抵食,下次不妨試吓。
