To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 「翡翠拉麵」俾我感覺係可以 Keep 得住水準嘅食市,所以每當我心掛掛想食上海菜時,第一時間想起佢😁。店舖雖然有限時90分鐘,但上菜速度快,都還可以啦!今晚叫咗好多野食,可以止到旱啦!😆😆首先上檯係冷盤〈醉豬手〉豬手浸在濃濃嘅花雕酒內,非常入味 。外皮脆脆,整件豬手不會太硬 ,又香又爽口,令人食慾大增😋小食〈小籠包〉4隻小籠包皮薄,餡肉肥瘦適中,咬落去時肉汁爆瀉,小心燙口😝主食〈上海炒年糕〉煙韌嘅年糕用上濃厚醬油炒制,不會太油膩。主食〈五香牛肉麵〉用牛展來做五香牛肉,口感從化。麵條煙韌亦有分粗幼,任君選擇。甜品〈擂沙湯圓〉軟淋淋滑嘟嘟嘅糯米粉糰包住香濃嘅芝麻餡料,再將湯圓沾上黄豆粉,真係好好食。甜品〈桂圓雪梨茶〉桂圓配上淡淡嘅雪梨茶, 清潤順喉值得嘉許管理層,教導侍應生細心問客人,是否需要剪斷麵條和加上芫茜蔥粒。👍Keep 住水準同服務ㄧ定有大把擁躉幫襯! 包括我在內。 😉
