To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

戀愛世紀蘋果鹹水角: 外表跨啦啦,內裏都唔係吹喇叭,好食嘅多餡料嘅,但係好好奇點解綠色呢,以為是否要帶出什麼特別的味道出來?原來只是設計問題,10分細緻帶點無言「笑」

桂花肉絲蟹肉炒米粉: 10分乾身值得一讚但係與文華廳蟹肉炒米粉完全相差馬拉松式的距離、淡而無味,如果充滿蟹肉我都可以俾你講諗住用蟹肉嘅鮮味你去增強米粉的味道,識上去的時候完全諗起上海灘賭聖橋段,真係想問返佢哋今日係咪我生日點解有咁多蟹肉、又令我諗起武狀元蘇乞兒、嗰啲肉絲直程係肉排嚟㗎「笑」

個人認為最正常嘅就係呢個脆皮鮑魚腸粉,特別,如果呢個鮑汁濃一啲咁就不得了喇,椰果番石榴露都幾清新、一試無妨

我已經盡咗力叫、可惜…….又一個食景的地方
