Restaurant: LIME FISH (Manhattan Mid-Town)

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 悶熱的天氣焗緊雨,想近近地食個冬陰公金邊粉就算,(因爲之前食過覺得幾好味,酸酸辣辣好開胃)結果無啦啦突然決定試下海南雞飯,皆因見到隔離客人食緊,覺得海南雞賣相不俗,點知.....雞不可貌相!系,在岩岩上菜時都覺得幾好,只不過一食落口,即刻想比負評,雞肉又硬又鞋,咬左幾下都吞晤到,老到一個點!呢排在不同鋪頭都食過幾次海南雞,在呢度我就晤拎來比較了,因為唔洗比了,好難搵到質素咁差的了。雞油飯的上面有少少咖哩粉,摻和左咖哩味的雞油飯其實糸不錯的,但是,油得淛,似油撈飯,食到我一嘴油!雞系重點,食材的雪藏味顯露無遺!仲要整到極老,咬落口的感覺系驚嚇!最基本的連師傅的刀功都相當hea!切到亂晒晤講,仲要切唔到底,皮扯扯咁....一大塊連著皮又扯住薄薄肉,師傅!你有認真切嗎?OH!冇眼睇!
