太子日本餐廳就多,朝ASA就係難得一見嘅日式居酒屋,入到去就係一個好靚好大嘅bar area😇嚟到呢度一定要狂嗌小食,其中一個必食既就係邪惡玉子燒,嗰個鬆軟甜蛋加芝士簡直係一絕。雖然唔係厚燒牛舌,但唔會影響佢口感,就係「爽」!!炸雞軟骨就食得出唔係用萬年油去炸,所以炸粉係鬆化唔會死實實,好快旋風式咁食晒~汁燒豆腐外面勁脆,加上佢個醬勁野味,有麻油同蒜香,同埋唔知點解有啲中式feel。😂我自己食鰻魚最驚就係有骨,慶幸就係佢地燒出嚟嘅鰻魚我都唔係好食到有骨,燒到岩岩好,加埋層厚厚嘅鰻魚汁,不枉我等得耐啲😍蕎麥麵一人份正常,麵條分明,加埋啲花係上面好岩打卡😂 個豉油偏向淡味啲,想食light d既女士就岩哂😀甲羅燒+雪魚干係當日餐廳是日推介,加埋個鵪鶉蛋真係不得了😋兩樣嘢如果整得唔好食或者食材揀得唔好,會好容易變得腥,不過朝ASA就拿捏得好好,證明食材本身都有返咁上下質素😎最後要講吓餐廳嘅酒,佢有好多款唔同嘅whisky同埋sake,全部都係日本野。叫左杯Highball,Bartender參考左日本人常用嘅做法,加左好好好輕量嘅檸檬汁,令到佢感覺清爽啲又唔會蓋過左香味。仲有杯Fun Ros

我自己食鰻魚最驚就係有骨,慶幸就係佢地燒出嚟嘅鰻魚我都唔係好食到有骨,燒到岩岩好,加埋層厚厚嘅鰻魚汁,不枉我等得耐啲😍
