To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 十里洋場是全香港數一數二既地道上海餐廳,我完全同意。口味懷舊,選材謹慎,所以一直有幫襯。紅燒肉一流;煎小籠包好地道又唔肥膩;素佛跳牆可以做到完全沒有蔬菜‘腥’味。我個人最鍾意係醬蘿蔔,食一啖會有清風吹過既感覺。外賣套餐份量剛剛好適合簡單豐盛午餐。每次幫襯必點清河蝦仁(清炒野生河蝦仁),從不失禮。可惜今日外賣河蝦仁掉鏈子,蝦肉有‘霉’味(上海話,形容河鮮唔新鮮)。我懷疑我太早落單⋯下次要小心。其他食品非常好食,可以俾到我地‘一週返一次鄉下’既感覺。會繼續幫襯,也希望餐廳重視河蝦仁呢味指標型菜式。
