To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

以士多啤梨為主題的下午茶buffet,食物質素，款色都有驚喜，不停補給食物，服務員有禮貌，行動勤快。餐廳位置在將軍澳酒店內， 若搭地鐵在將軍澳站C出口，再經由Pop corn商塲地面層直達酒店,始終不是位處市區，所以應該主力做將軍澳居民生意，目測只有70%入座率，食客反而坐更得舒服。主打士多啤梨甜品，蛋糕外觀吸引，款色也非常多，還有即製鬆軟厚pancake，多款雪糕，萄撻....整體味道也相當不錯生果，沙律區的食材新鮮，菠蘿，西瓜，蜜瓜的甜度也非常高凍海鮮，刺生壽司區的選擇相對較小，我只試了煙三文魚，也相當肥美熱盤孰食款式也不小，亦有點心，老火湯，肉丸麵食提供自助飲品區
