呢間我8年前食過,仲記得有片皮鴨。今次再食,我比起以前更著重味道多過款式,太多花巧野只會忽略美味。海鮮有生蠔,龍蝦,松葉蟹,青口,螺,鮮蝦,蜆;刺身有三文魚,馬刀貝,希零魚,吞拿魚;前菜有沙律吧,冷麵,壽司,芝士,南瓜忌廉湯;熟食有燒味,蒸比目魚,鐵板燒例如一口牛,雞軟骨,八爪魚,豬肉片,秋葵,冬菇;肉食有牛西冷,雲耳蒸雞,燒排骨,吉列蠔,肉丸,魚柳,鴨肝;麵檔有喇沙湯底,雜丸;甜品有巴斯克芝士蛋糕,焦糖泡芙,拿破倫,芝麻竹炭卷,TIRAMISU,歌劇院,黑森林,朱古力噴泉,可麗餅,HAAGEN-DAZS,雞蛋仔,葡撻。水果奶茶咖啡。龍蝦無味,松葉蟹都仲有鹹味,蝦都新鮮,想有特色,可以剝蟹肉龍蝦肉落南瓜忌廉湯,提昇層次享受。熟食就正正常常,鐵板燒系列比較鹹,喇沙湯底比較辣。甜品比較出色既係歌劇院,香滑朱古力味,但巴斯克芝士蛋糕太淡芝士味。地點:皇冠假日酒店入面,POPCORN有出口去到酒店門口。環境:攞野食位置都方便,一眼睇曬,行出行入距離唔會太遠,但冇環境可言。價錢:$550一位,平食之選。服務:可能我地坐太入,執碟比較慢。
