To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

作為燒賣控🤩會為訪尋高質燒賣而「瓹窿瓹罅」實屬等閒😌這次就來到石硤尾一條民居屋邨的小店，見識一下傳聞中的「變形燒賣」😝———————————————————————因全手工製關係🤘🏻林記燒賣的外觀的確如傳聞中的一樣😮粒粒四四方方，完全沒有燒賣應有的形狀🤣手工燒賣主打煙韌，而且混合了鯪魚肉和大地魚🐟理應鮮味十足😙但這次光顧的燒賣我又不覺得有特別煙韌🧐反而口感偏腍🥺燒賣皮同樣十分軟爛，相信與長時間放在蒸籠內有關，以致燒賣過熟😬而且燒賣本身的調味略嫌過重🫢胡椒粉太重手，令魚味不是十分突出🙁但這裡的醬料表現相當不俗😃豉油有少許甘甜味道，辣油亦炒得頗香🌶️值得一讚👍🏻———————————————————————雖然林記燒賣全手工製造是值得加許🫡但始終質素平平，與其他手工燒賣比起上來難免遜色😐實在有點名過其實😮‍💨
