同同事慶祝入行一週年,訂左枱同同事去食日本鐵板燒,食之前師傅仲特登表演整左個叮噹慶祝,比我地有個視覺享受之後我地叫左set 二人前,有龍蝦、帆立貝、鵝肝多士、日本豚、蝦乾蟹子炒飯、炒雜菜、海鮮湯第一道係燒帆立貝,同師傅調配既汁好夾;之後到活龍蝦,夠晒新鮮生猛,仲識郁吓郁吓。之後師傅燒熱龍蝦,再用火槍落d酒燒到成隻著火,成個畫面好震撼,簡直係一場表演咁。而龍蝦肉非常之爽口彈牙又入味,之後再用龍蝦頭用來滾海鮮湯,鮮甜可口,啖啖鮮味。鵝肝配多士,煎岀鵝肝嘅油脂之後,用來烘熱件多士香脆可口,再配搭埋日本菠蘿酸甜解膩,中和鵝肝嘅飽膩感。仲有蟹籽炒飯,飯粒粒粒分明,用上日本珍珠米,再加埋蒜片一齊食,香氣十足。最緊要係仲要做緊午市優惠,12:30-4:45 入座6:30前離座全單有66折,真係超抵,人均只需800左右就食到高質新鮮嘅鐵板燒。
