To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

殿大喜屋 - 升級版豪華大喜屋今日介紹一間位於尖沙咀區嘅放題專門店，就係大喜屋集團旗下嘅殿大喜屋，殿既分店係一般大喜屋嘅豪華升級版本，裝修之後，一於再嚟試試。平日嘅午市任食3小時，每位$358。今次特別要推介嘅係殿大喜屋有獨有牡丹蝦及奄仔蟹任食，另外仲有滷水獅頭鵝；海膽亦都係來自日本嘅海膽，另外就係拖羅啦，唔係每間分店都有㗎，相信食晒以上嘅嘢就已經夠晒回本，甜品亦都相當豪華， Häagen-Dazs同Movenpick已經係基本款，係特別仲有日本版嘅Häagen-Dazs！
