To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

再一次嚟到位於太古工廈尋找美食，見到呢間餐廳換咗新裝修，裝修別致得來感覺清新舒適，而且環境好寬敞，特別適合一班朋友嚟聚會或者公司包場。同朋友二人今次試咗兩種菜式，包括一個前菜及一個主食：費倫天拿式菠菜焗生蠔及薯皮 （2件) $78呢度作為前菜超級開胃，焗生蠔唔油膩，菠菜啱啱好平衡到成件事，同朋友share都啱啱好👍🏻燒法國帶子配自家製墨魚汁扁意粉 $158墨魚汁超濃郁及Creamy，帶子大大粒得來仲要有三至四粒，每粒都煎到甘香，外脆內嫩！而意粉口感都十分有咬口，唔會Over Cook咗😍
