To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

荃灣呢間初見成日都有好多朋友推薦，今日終於有時間黎試下！門口都真係有唔少人排隊～我地叫左兩個主食加個小食拼盤😋香草吉列牛係呢個最多人食既餐，所以都係必試之選，份量唔算大份，即叫即整，外面炸到好脆😋再放落爐上燒一燒就更正😍配料中有舊牛脂肪俾你用黎做牛油用，先將牛油燒溶，再放吉列牛～ 鐘意食幾成熟都可以自己話事～ 牛肉入口酥脆軟腍😋🥰好幸福之後仲叫左個安格斯牛肉鍋，份量望落幾大，用左個好大既盤裝肥牛，外觀方面已經贏晒！肥牛大大件鍋入面都有好多蔬菜食到最後個湯底先係精粹，我試左一啖，之後就繼續飲左一碗🥰😂幾好飲加左35$轉左個套餐，有埋4件刺身，同+12$轉咸檸7😋😋仲有個小食拼盤，食到好飽🥰🥰
