To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. 疙瘩即係用粉團搓出來的,即係麵食既同類。這道主食細細碗,用上蕃茄、雞蛋、菇菌類烹調而成。湯底幾清甜,配有蕃茄蛋係幾開胃,但就略嫌疙瘩大舊,太粉團感,如果細舊點就會好好多,相對容易入口。

📍鐵板灌湯生煎飽

這也是即叫即整,由我地落單到上菜,大概30分鐘左右,餐廳職員都提點我地要小心鐵板。由於用鐵板盛著,生煎飽真的很熱很燙口,而且飽亦煎得脆口,當咬到飽中心,湯汁即時流出,燙口而且肉汁鮮甜,很好味。都話熱既食物係最好味啦,呢款真心推介

餐廳播放著懷舊國語歌,好有老上海既味道,而在這裡用餐也不用擔心太嘈吵。餐廳職員都密密手沖水和執碟,亦沒有趕食客結帳,服務都可以呀。和L小姐邊食邊食計,起碼逗留了3小時☺️☺️😆 過了一個愉快的中午😇
