Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

這個冬天好像延遲了,還未著大褸羽絨,但也需要滋補一下,熱血暖身﹗這晚來到紫粵軒晚飯,有廂房、有沙發座、有大枱等,空間感充裕,坐得舒適。 先來焗釀鮮蟹蓋,非常多蟹肉,好足料,混合洋蔥同焗,鮮甜美味,而面層的麵包糠亦夠薄脆,吃完不夠飽滯。紐西蘭蜂蜜片皮鴨,選用45至50日大五穀飼養的米鴨,每隻約重4斤半,大廚用香料浸鴨後,再淋上紐西蘭蜂蜜蘋果醋水,才進行烤焗等後續工序,難怪肉質鮮嫩多汁,且帶有淡淡的酸甜清香,吃時還可蘸上紐西蘭蜂蜜呢﹗季節限定的菊花五蛇羮,味道濃郁,加上冬菇、木耳、筍絲,又是足料之作。另一秋冬暖身菜,山東黑草羊腩煲,羊腩大件厚肉,加入冬菇、冬筍、腐竹、馬蹄等同炆,羊腩入味又惹味,腐乳也功不可沒。片皮鴨一鴨兩食,就選了鴨崧生菜包,炒得乾爽入味,以脆嫩生菜包著吃甚為清新。砂鍋三蝦煎陳村粉,蝦乾蝦仁蝦籽讓整道菜充滿鹹香鮮味,爽滑軟熟陳村粉吸滿精華,尤其惹味。原條馬友咸蛋黑豚肉餅煲仔飯,這是鹹魚蒸肉餅的昇華版,選用黑豚肉作肉餅,爽口同時比較油潤,若馬友再鹹香一點就更搭配了!最後,有滋潤養顏的蛋白桃膠杏仁茶及補血Q彈棗皇糕做甜品,後者紅棗味更是香甜濃郁。
