🐷話想食法國菜，就好快諗到Odelice 💚Cold Cuts & Cheese PlateFrench ham：口感滑嫩，鹹香適中 Serrano ham：味道濃郁，帶少少果木煙燻味，咬落去有咁多層次，好開胃。Comté：芝士味道濃厚，有啲堅果香味，質地滑順，無論配肉定單食都好合襯。 Reblochon：芝士脂肪含量高，口感 creamy，帶有一絲淡淡嘅果味。Canapés Platter有咸有甜既小食，做得好細緻，炸黑松露球好特別，而三文魚配sour bread就好freshArgentinian Angus Rib eye牛扒色澤吸引，肉質豐滿，咬下去超嫩，牛肉香味濃郁，外皮微微脆口，內裡多汁Whole Grilled Lobster龍蝦燒到外脆內嫩，配上 creamy leeks同埋芝士，味道香濃，仲有龍蝦番茄醬整碗薯仔同 sourdoughTouraine酒清新又爽口，果香清晰，飲落唔會太重，真係好適合配搭清淡食物 Comtesse Roquefort, Bordeaux酒香濃郁但不鞋口，配牛扒岩岩好晚餐set仲有餐湯，粟米忌廉煙肉湯，够暖笠笠又唔肥膩👍
