To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

去朋友家之前，發現太早出門未吃午餐，也差不多下午茶時間。朋友介紹簡單吃個下午茶，在他家附近下午茶選擇也算多，點了一個鐵板餐和焗飯，二人快速吃下。芝士番茄焗豬扒飯熱騰騰的焗飯，鋪在面層芝士已融化，夾起一塊沾滿鮮茄汁的豬扒，拉出芝士絲，急不及待放進口裏，豬扒亦算有肉汁，單獨一個吃芝士焗豬扒飯，也棒。港式經典靈魂蛋炒飯是芝士焗豬扒飯的加冕。白飯炒乾身鐵板扒有雞扒，配薯條，或意粉亦可以。份量算大份，扒餐預設跟薯條，加意粉加$10，餐飲是滿滿甜美的紅豆冰星期六中午，雖然滿座，但不需要門口排隊。雞扒鐵板意粉，口感也豐富。
