To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 周日晚飯,朋友突然閃靈,非去國金軒用餐不可,由得你....反正我也回味哪已久的味道.由於没有定枱,去到只能坐在近門口走廊的小卡座,沒有華麗的夜景,換來清靜的二人世界.開飯!叉燒:國金軒的叉燒肥瘦適中,而且不會太醎,餐牌上還打着廚師推介,但在我心中,真正最好味的叉燒依然是....因為多着碗美味的叉燒汁.鯊魚骨,萝卜,鰂魚湯:好少廣式老火湯中會落金華火腿,這裹就有,而且味道非常濃,一除魚湯的腥味,好飲.芝味蝦球:蝦球彈牙,買相精緻.主角是那碟落着黑松露的芝士酱,又香又惹味.酒浸鮑魚:清清甜甜,鮑魚仔彈牙,鬆軟,而且充滿酒香,好清新的一道泠盤.滿載而歸:一道非常令人眼前一亮的菜式.先講外型,一艘可愛的海鮮小船,船身上載滿了大蝦,帶子,螺片等新鮮海珍,船帆高高掛著.非常有型.不得不讚賞師博的功力.所有海鮮都炒得非常爽口,美味!黄金豆腐盒:好住家的一道小菜.不過不失.上湯浸豆苗:讚讚這裹的上湯,用料好是肯定的,所以上湯做到鮮而不咸,好味.真係一間值得再去的餐廳,除了食物本身的味道值得外,装修和設施也是完美的.而在我的感覺上.因為和喜愛的人一起用餐,這顿飯也是完美的.

真係一間值得再去的餐廳,除了食物本身的味道值得外,装修和設施也是完美的.而在我的感覺上.因為和喜愛的人一起用餐,這顿飯也是完美的.
