之前聽朋友講話食過呢間火鍋店超高質,而且佢朋友識老闆,所以就帶咗我同老公去試一試。打邊爐一定要落勁多蔥同芫茜做醬料!加多幾粒辣椒吊下味就更prefect!去到餐廳,見到香茅香茜卜卜蜆鍋先$128,勁想嗌!不過因為我哋提前預訂咗四位,所以餐廳送咗黑毛豬肋骨湯底,下次先再試卜卜蜆!黑毛豬肋骨湯底連啲豬肋骨都好好食!打完邊爐再食埋剩低少少,啲肉居然一啲都唔韌!前菜叫咗陳醋豬手,諗住豬手應該都會有啲膩,點知肉質勁彈牙,加埋陳醋酸酸哋,一啲都唔膩!唔小心打邊爐前就食咗好多舊!因為㨂咗好耐都唔知叫邊款肉好,老闆又認得我朋友,就話不如特別整一碟有齊雪花牛,封門柳,本地手切牛嘅拼盤俾我哋。想講啲牛真係超新鮮,好食到暈!因為係鮮牛肉,所以完全冇雪味,牛肉味勁濃、冇筋,師傅好識得㨂部位!呢碟目前係我食過最好食嘅牛肉!!刺身級別嘅北寄貝又係值得一讚!呢碟都係老闆推介俾我哋,輕輕淥一淥就食得,我數過大約淥10秒,啲肉質就可以保持嫩滑又鮮味!其實我平時係唔太食餃子,見佢哋叫咗招牌餃子,咁就唯有試吓。裡面包括有蝦餃、魚皮餃、韭菜餃,想講估唔到連餃都咁好食!!韭菜餃好驚喜,啲皮夠薄,韭菜好新鮮,而作為餡料之一嘅豬肉

其實我平時係唔太食餃子,見佢哋叫咗招牌餃子,咁就唯有試吓。
裡面包括有蝦餃、魚皮餃、韭菜餃,想講估唔到連餃都咁好食!!韭菜餃好驚喜,啲皮夠薄,韭菜好新鮮,而作為餡料之一嘅豬肉好香甜,所以咬落去唔係淨係得韭菜做主角,而係豬肉同韭菜相輔相乘,所以點解呢個餃好味得咁緊要!
魚皮餃個皮好滑,好香!餡料豐富,起鍾意!
蝦餃十分足料,一咬落去濃濃嘅蝦味就飄出嚟,充滿整個口腔!連我呢個平時不好餃類嘅人都覺得好正,真係好值得推介。

師傅仲整咗碟新鮮炸好嘅響鈴同魚皮俾我哋嘆!個響鈴真係世一咁好食!我冇淥一淥佢,而係直接啪入口,鬆化到呢!!魚皮就比較厚身,我自己就鍾意薄身啲,脆口啲吖嘛!不過都炸得好香口!

嘢飲叫咗柑桔檸檬,鴨屎香,覺得柑桔檸檬甜啲好味啲,不過鴨屎香都好清香,食完咁多肉同炸嘢,呢兩杯嘢用嚟清一清味蕾剛剛好!
