To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

假日晚上到了佐敦文匯街的憶食尚臘味煲仔飯吃晚餐。由於我們去到時間尚早，不用等位就可以入座。餐廳裝修簡約，座位寬敞舒適。餐廳主打廣式臘味煲仔飯，另外都有提供不同種類的小菜，選擇都豐富。我們點了一個煲仔飯、一個小菜和一道炒菜。▫️芥蘭炒臘味 $128芥蘭配上臘腸和臘肉，份量足料，芥蘭清甜爽口，而兩款臘味都幾惹味。▫️黑松露雞煲 $168上枱拎開煲蓋時已經香氣撲鼻，香濃的黑松露味配上雞煲，味道有不同的層次，雞肉嫩滑，整道菜都十分惹味。▫️川味臘腸滑雞煲仔飯 $188今天晚餐的主角，店員先會為煲仔飯加上香蔥，再淋上豉油。我們今次試了餐廳的川味臘腸，臘腸中夾雜著花椒等香料，味道帶少麻辣和咸香，和平時食臘腸有分別！而煲仔飯飯粒分明，口感適中，食到底還有惹味的飯焦！雞件同樣多肉嫩滑，幾美味！
