To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

見到廣告有得任食奄仔蟹，就去試吓。餐廳嘅座位距離尚可，未至於非常嘈。大部份食物用QR code落單，飲品同埋少量食物就係自助攞。主角奄仔蟹：冇tricky 蠱惑條文，真係可以任點。奄仔蟹用鹽焗，蟹嘅 size OK，有膏。雖然啲膏唔算非常鮮甜，但係以任食來講，質素都唔錯，都食得滿足。我地每人食咗三至四隻左右。魚生：質素尚可，仲有拖羅。不過海膽就麻麻地。熟食：羊扒太騷，唔啱食。鵝肝煎得頗熟但味道okay，塊多士好脆。自助食物區嘅花雕豬手都唔錯，有酒味。甜品有唔同味道嘅雪糕，仲有木糠布甸，同埋大個木瓜燉雪耳。 整體來講，以任食來講，食物質素係可以嘅，種類都頗多。
