今日食松露龍蝦套餐：🐑日本櫻桃蘿蔔毛豆-櫻桃蘿蔔爽口，少許酸酸甜甜，好開胃🐑燉湯-套餐原本跟魚羊鮮湯，驚佢羶，所以補錢轉做鮑魚燉湯同埋花膠燉湯，兩個湯都燉得好夠時間，夠晒味🐑前菜海蜇頭原個上，點醋、豉油混合醬汁食，好醒神；櫻桃鴨肝係呢度嘅名菜，唔使多介紹嘞，就是正👍🏻；汁煮鮑魚，夠入味，夠淋身🐑黑松露龍蝦-拆肉炒球，龍蝦新鮮彈牙🐑黑松露小籠包-湯汁都好多，但純個人喜好，都係鍾意食原味小籠包多啲🐑黃金蝦球- 爽口明蝦球，上薄脆醬輕炸加上鹹蛋黃，非常惹味🐑黑蒜黑醋牛肉-上枱已經好香香醋味，酸酸甜甜，味道唔錯，可以再炆淋啲就更好🐑金銀蛋菠菜苗-正菜唔在講，啖湯更一流🐑楊枝甘露-主要想講中間個奶凍，奶味超香濃👍🏻
