生日正日同屋企人去左外遊慶祝,番黎同熊生補戈祝番🥂想食西餐又唔想食意大利野,搵搵下就搵到出名食西班牙菜既Sabor。星期六夜晚餐廳一邊有private event,一邊係散客。食完paella後足足等左一個鐘有多先有甜品食😑侍應解釋係因為當晚廚房人手不足,加上隔離有包場event(聽得出,因為好嘈),所以出菜方面有delay。等到好夜差啲想起身埋單走...最後侍應幫我地免左酒水費,雖然服務態度好好,但甜品失色,整體未必可以吸引到我地再黎。餐前小吃 tomato toastie with olive oil - 番茄切成細粒,淋上優質橄欖油,小小脆口好開胃,要快啲食唔係會淋左。另外有一小碗有核橄欖,一啲都唔苦澀,去核既先係次貨😉Clams in fish sauce - 用魚、蝦熬湯煮蜆後再焗,鮮味無窮!湯先係主角,一瞬間已飲晒見底😋Garlic shrimp - 上枱時仲係滋滋聲,底部層油將蒜片炸得好脆。鮮蝦彈牙爽口,回味無窮,得四隻唔夠喉!Suckling pig - book位時事先將menu上既grilled cuttlefish加$50轉做西班牙燒乳豬,絕對係一個正確決定。新鮮

Suckling pig - book位時事先將menu上既grilled cuttlefish加$50轉做西班牙燒乳豬,絕對係一個正確決定。新鮮焗起既乳豬皮脆卜卜,好香口既脂肪同肉同時喺口中溶化,肉味又夠濃,同平時食既乳豬簡直係天同地比。伴碟既焗切片薯仔都係重點must try!

Soup of the day - 我同熊生揀左一熱一凍,試齊兩款 1. 蘑菇湯伴蛋白泡沫及黑松露油 (熱) 菇味濃、熱辣辣,仲食到粒粒蘑菇茸,係我最鐘意既蘑蘑湯境界😍 2. 番茄凍湯 - raw番茄同忌廉、香草一齊打至滑身,加入生蒜所以會幾辣下,不過幾特別,冇喺出面見過,值得一試。

Mixed fruit sorbet - 飲完較濃味既湯後清清味蕾。可惜太甜,試左小小就放低左。

Seafood paella - 除左面頭既四隻蝦同兩隻蜆,飯入面仲有其他海鮮如墨魚帶子等。依足侍應指示,將近鑊邊硬啲脆啲既飯同鑊中心較軟熟既撈埋一齊食,有雙重口感;擠入檸檬汁味道更豐富。依道菜同侍應推介既紅酒好夾👍🏻

Dessert - chocolate lava cake 應該係熊生事先request左🤓 朱古力味濃郁又流心,雖然唔係食過最出色既,不過都交足功課。

Dessert of the day - Oreo tiramisu with berries ice cream 唔係好食得出有酒味,只係不過不失既一道甜品,仲要等左咁耐😞主菜精采好多呢。
