To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. 2025年3月22日週六傍晚7時許,與友人「獵奇式」逛到官塘此店。店內環境尚不錯,既然此店開宗明義自稱點心專門店,於是隨便點幾款。但一看到價錢,比我們光顧慣了的點心連鎖店貴一大截,即當場卻步了。例如腸粉一碟,竟標價40大元,連加一比我們吃慣實價29元的貴了超過五成!最後我們決定只叫兩客鮮蝦蝦子麪,心想吃完後過檔,另找餐廳。端來一碟麪,麪條綠色,大概是菠菜麪,撒上了少許蝦子,旁邊擺上四粒小蝦,湯則另碗奉上。綠色麪條淡而無味,蝦粒則太鹹,湯也偏鹹。完全談不上美味,也實在吃不飽。這種質素,竟標價68元。另外,還要收茶錢每位12元,然後再加一!官塘區不是貴租金區,竟然可以如此開天殺價, 又提供如此差的食品,難怪連週六晚飯時段,也大半虛席。獵奇宣告失敗。友人與我深感後悔,同聲一嘆:「絕對不會有下次,一定要寫個『伏』字!」

端來一碟麪,麪條綠色,大概是菠菜麪,撒上了少許蝦子,

綠色麪條淡而無味,蝦粒則太鹹,湯也偏鹹。完全談不上美味,
也實在吃不飽。這種質素,竟標價68元。

另外,還要收茶錢每位12元,然後再加一!

官塘區不是貴租金區,竟然可以如此開天殺價, 又提供如此差的食品,難怪連週六晚飯時段,也大半虛席。

獵奇宣告失敗。友人與我深感後悔,同聲一嘆:「絕對不會有下次,一定要寫個『伏』字!」
Other Info. : 我們光顧慣的連鎖點心專門店,首推「功夫點心」。他們標價合理,全日無加一,而且非常美味。我們已經成為常客了。下午茶時段更有八折優惠。誠心推薦!
