To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

無意間經過俾佢門口吸引左，入面佈置都好特別以大自然為主，舖內唔算大但座位都闊落，望落都幾乾淨！晚餐就係佢啦！.望下餐牌見到人氣No.1 咁就要試下啦！🔸初見版石燒香草吉列牛肉拼溏心蛋配白飯 $118個餐上得好快，應該好多人叫，所以預定左好多份。塊肉出來好吸引，肉好紅應該無點煮過，只係面有香草，另有塊仲燒緊既熱石可以自己加燒塊肉，可能塊肉切得薄擺係熱石上面一兩秒已可以，就得熱石上塊肥膏不停出油以免燒肉黐住，兩面熱一熱已經食得，就算塊肉已燒到唔見紅色但食落都仲好嫩滑！👍🏻👍🏻真心正！食緊果陣真係仲有好多人叫！😆.🔸煙三文魚明太籽炒意粉 $85用煙三文魚整成一朵花係面，賣相唔錯😋較乾身幼扁意粉煮得岩岩好有口感唔會太淋！Share 食就好D，自己食曬一碟就太漏啦！.加$35可轉套餐，多一個湯、沙律同一杯嘢飲
