又係時間食好野,又比老公捉左去食上海婆婆。今次又試左新菜,都幾好食。魚籽煙燻蛋- 煙燻蛋分半可當作前菜食,感覺好像溏心蛋,蛋黃心有流心,蛋香味濃,口味黏黏的,但煙燻味不重配上魚籽味道剛剛恰到好處。鎮江肴肉- 到上海店必點的前菜,肴肉是冷盤,口感結實,不會太硬,清爽而不膩~ 夏天必點小食,涼涼的增加胃口。西湖牛肉羹- 羹內配料多,有牛肉、鸡蛋和香菇,香菜跟牛肉實在對味配合很好, 而且羹不會太稀,口感滑溜! 可以嘗試配上白飯, 味道更佳喔!糖醋魚塊- 甜甜酸酸的魚塊,不會太甜和太酸, 甜酸味道剛剛好,配上魚塊亦好香脆,而且吃不到雪藏的味道,很開胃的上海菜式,值得一試。
