想食燒肉過口引,但有唔想食咁多,好彩呢家一人燒肉店越開越多,旺角呢家更加有和牛選擇最普通嘅赤身120g /5片,落單之後職員會拎牌仔,好清晰咁寫咗食法,先將牛肉浸落壽喜燒汁再每邊燒30秒,浸埋蛋漿就食得,雖然油花未算均勻,但相對都食得過另外一款蒜香壺豬腩肉,成條有15cm咁長,肥瘦相隔明顯,起碼要一開二先可以沾壺裡面蒜汁,或者懶啲放左肉上爐到先將啲汁倒落去不過因為油脂豐富,燒起時特別搶火要小心兩款套餐仲包汽水、白飯,或加錢升級紫菜蛋飯/ 蒿麥麵
